The Ohio Valley Regional Arts Council opened its 2009 season Thursday evening with a reception for Columbiana fine art photographer Bob Frost at the KSU East Liverpool Mary Patterson Gallery. Frost spent the entire evening answering questions and discussing his work with the many students and community residents who attended the event. It was one of the most well-attended gallery receptions in recent memory. The Frost exhibit runs through March 5. Gallery hours are MWF noon-2 p.m. and Thursdays 5-7 p.m. Click to enlarge.
