The old Potters National Bank building in its better days. Last Wednesday, city Safety-Service Director Bill Cowan told a group gathered to discuss the proposed "University District" plan that the building soon will be condemned by the city. The dilapidated remains of this once beautiful building sits in the middle of the KSU-EL campus.
