The department of Enrollment Management and Student Services has sent out an update on staff changes that affect both the East Liverpool and Salem campuses this fall.
Shelly Weekley Lingenfelter has assumed the responsibilities of director of enrollment management and student services for both campuses. Her position also includes registrar duties. Bill Bucey will continue as assistant director at the Salem campus.
Beth Allison-Christy is the new records officer for both campuses. The records department has the responsibility processing change of program, exception to registration and “substitution” forms, graduation file processing, and KAPS exception processing.
Financial aid advising is handled by Melissa Peters at Salem and Lisa Morgan at East Liverpool. Lisa Frank will continue to oversee admissions at East Liverpool. while Angel Carnes will have that duty at Salem.
The offices for East Liverpool campus admissions, financial aid and records have been grouped together as have offices for Advising. Terry Hutson’s office is now in the Main Building next to Sarah Motts.
The Salem campus has renovated its academic center to house Terry Hutson serving as nursing/general advisor. Danielle Baker-Rose will be providing disability and career counseling services., and Kristin Toothman will provide EMSS admissions and post-secondary advising. Bill Bucey serves as general adviser, director of the academic center, and supervisor of the associate of arts and science degree.
At East Liverpool, Debbie Riggs is now secretary to both the assistant dean’s office and PTAT. Lisa McNicol is serving as secretary for Workforce Development and Occupational Therapy.
