If you want to know something about podcasting (a.k.a. webcasting), stop by Coffee Fusion & Tea at 1 p.m. Saturday (Jan. 31) for another in the series of Ohio Valley Technology Council workshops.Coffee Fusion is located in the old Ogilvie’s/Dwyco building at the corner of Fifth and Washington in downtown East Liverpool.
KSU-EL Assistant Dean Shawn Golden and KSU English/journalism professor Matt Stewart will lead the discussion. Stewart will explore the basic tools of digital sound production and the future of citizen media; Golden will talk more specifically about managing podcasts on portable devices and the Internet.
As always, Tech Council workshops provide general audiences with information and tips on using digital technology.
