Kent Celebrates National Student Employment Week

Kent State will be celebrating National Student Employment Week during the second week of April by inviting student employees to attend the Student Employee Appreciation Open House & Dessert Buffet on Monday, April 9, 2007, from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. in 306 Kent Student Center.

This year we will be showcasing Student Employees in Action, a photo montage highlighting the many ways in which student employees contribute to our campus. To include your student employees, please contribute one or more photographs of your students “on the job“, along with a short message of appreciation (up to 25 words) that can be included in the slide show. You may email digital photos to dcartell@kent.edu, or mail prints to the Career Services Center, 261 MSC. Please make sure to include student names and the employing department with each photo. To ensure your students will be included, we must receive your photos by Friday, March 23, 2007.

Due to limited capacity, reservations are required. Please RSVP to dcartell@kent.edu by March 30, 2007, with the list of attendees. An informational flyer is also attached.
